Terrible MONEY
The $TCP token and all related activities are designed purely for entertainment and enjoyment within the game and community. To keep things lighthearted and transparent, we’ve established this policy to clarify that $TCP tokens are not intended as an investment, financial instrument, or store of value.

1. Entertainment-Only Purpose
The $TCP token is created to enhance the Terrible Cake Party experience through in-game rewards, participation in contests, community engagement, and just plain fun. It is not intended for investment purposes, and we strongly discourage anyone from purchasing or using $TCP tokens with the expectation of financial return.
2. No Financial Value
While the $TCP token can be traded within the game ecosystem or used for digital collectibles (NFTs) and rewards, it holds no inherent financial value. The token’s purpose is to provide entertainment and facilitate engagement in the game, nothing more.
3. Not an Investment
Purchasing or acquiring $TCP tokens should not be considered a financial decision. $TCP tokens are not stocks, bonds, or any other form of security. They do not represent ownership in any company, project, or entity. There is no promise or expectation of profit, dividends, or any kind of financial return from holding or using $TCP tokens.
4. No Guarantees
The value of $TCP tokens can fluctuate or even decrease to zero, depending on market conditions, community interest, or changes in the game. We offer no guarantees regarding the value, liquidity, or exchangeability of $TCP tokens, and all players and community members should participate with the sole intention of enjoying the game.

By purchasing, trading, or using $TCP tokens, you agree that you are doing so for personal enjoyment, with no expectation of financial gain. You also acknowledge that any decisions you make regarding the use of $TCP tokens are your own responsibility, and Terrible Cake Party cannot be held liable for any financial outcomes related to your use of the token.
6. OPEN POLICY
The $TCP token has an “unlocked” policy, meaning it can be modified in the future. We will not make any changes to the supply now or in the future and this was done unintentionally. This serves as notice that we acknowledge this mistake and are being transparent about our intentions.
